Rising Artist, ‘Valeria’ Shakes Up BCS With Her Brand New EP, ‘SHADED’

Valeria is a rising star in the BCS music community. Originally from San Diego, Valeria moved to College Station to experience the Texas culture, and we are thrilled to have her make music locally.

Valeria is no stranger to music. She has always been a star, ever since she was little she recalls how music has always been a lifestyle for her. Prior to going solo, she was part of former Pop/RnB music group, “Freedom.

Using the platform from her days at “Freedom.”, Valeria was able to solidify her craft and get better as an artist and a performer, which is very evident in her solo music career.

After releasing “Queso” and “Lock Up” back to back, Valeria now shows us what she’s capable of with the new release of her brand new solo EP, “SHADED”. Valeria has now found her sound and is ready to show the world her true potential.

‘SHADED’ is Valeria’s brand new EP composing of 3 tracks total.

The EP begins with “Intro”, which is a perfect way to introduce Valeria’s artistry. With a mesmerizing rapping flow, then infusing singing vocals in the chorus, with beautiful harmonies, this track is a definitive way of showing off what Valeria is all about.

After “Intro”, we are hit with “Jefa” (which translates to “Boss” in Spanish), where Valeria slows down her flow but still gives us a super solid track with her stylistic rapping.

Finishing the EP off with “Fria” (which translates to “Cold” in Spanish), Valeria stuns you by mixing more Spanish in this last track. Valeria told us that her Mexican background is something she always wants to show off, and we definitely get to see that representation the best in this track.

In conclusion, Valeria is hard. We are so thrilled to have her residing in BCS and carrying this artistry further, and can’t wait to hear more from Valeria and whatever future projects she will bring to the table.
